All i have really noticed is that "Wait here!" means "wait here for 3 mins".

And that occasionally if you get knocked back and hit Vats you do this awesome power slide.

The only real bug I've noticed is that if you drive the Powder Gangers out of the NCRCF that the Radio says you failed to do it.

do a google search. there is lots of bugs, some game breaking bugs.

If the only way you find a bug is by googling it, it probably won't affect your game much.
