2 hits reduces your stun to a single box

Finally you will perform a first aid check on the wound since it only happened in the last 12 hrs

Test is: First aid + Logic(2)2x combat turns (about 20 seconds or so)

pool is as follows;
Logic +3
first aid -1 (unskilled)
wound modifier - 2
Location (average) -1
Medkit Rating 6 +6

Total pool: 5

3 hits!

2 hits go to hitting your TN of (2)
and the remaining hit removes one box of stun.

So your damage after the 3 hour process is down to 1 box of phys damage.

Onto the next step.

Seeing as how you have never been contacted from that com id (#commID_MS_J)or intercepted any comms from this Id Sherlock is going to have to do a data search of the entire matrix and hope for the best;

Search + Browse(?)1 minute

Pool =
Search +6
Browse +6

Total pool = 12

Sherlock will be able to retry this search every min loosing 1 dice from the pool till it drops to 0.

All hits added for a total.

24 Hits
1 glitch
1 Critical glitch

Prior to decompiling Sherlock returns to Flux "Sorry my dear but i was quite unable to find any sign of the blighter anywhere within the colony, but on a whim i expanded my search some what and managed to find a single hit from an MSP Tel-co based in Honk Kong!"

Sherlock gives you a big snaggle toothed English grin before looking a little sheepish.

"However.... the Tel-co may have got wind of my snooping around and started a data trace before i could get away! ...well on that note ...er... God save the Queen and all that that... Cheerio!"

*pop*

You are left with a data xfer from Sherlock and a slightly sinking feeling in your stomach.

I will pause there till you give me your next instruction.

I will now set about compiling Alexander a rating 4 machine sprite.

I should have a DP 12 for compiling subject to my injuries.

I have fade resistance DP 13 subject to injured modifiers.

Then I will attempt to Register him using edge to re-roll failures and hopefully increase the number of services.

Ok by my math you now have a registered Machine sprite with 13 tasks.

"Sherlock is now ELEMENTARY"

Ok, so now I have my totally gay Xandir and task him with "A never-ending quest to save his girlfriend".

Or more seriously I would like to register him with 9 tasks and use 4 hits for the options:

  • Complex Form: Medic,
  • Autosoft: Clearsoft,
  • Autosoft: Maneuver Vehicle Flying,
  • Autosoft: Targeting Water Cannon.

I'm not sure if it's apparent there but I intend to use Alexander to pilot a flying drone with a mounted water cannon.

I will probably want to subscribe my drone to Canyon's tacnet and myself to the hosting node and then myself to the drone to assist in a combat run.

Have we thought about collecting intel on this gang from the Warandigi?

i have not yet set up the tacnet as of yet.
i will be setting up my server computer as the master node and subscribing all my drones to it.
my server will process all the information from the tacnet and relay it all back to the drones.
the tacnet is only level 2 so i need 4 sensors to make it whole. i need twice the number of drones to get the +2 bonus but thats fine.

I should spend a number of Complex Actions equal to Sherlock's Rating [6] to try to remove the trail. SR4A p.243.

I should probably thread the Encrypt Complex Form Rating 4 to store his data packet securely on my commlink.
[Free Action] Software 4 + Resonance 6 = DP10. Fade Resistance DP13.

I should also compile a paladin sprite in case another 'mancer tracked poor Sherlock.

[Complex Action] Compiling 4 + Resonance 6 + Hotsim Bonus 2 = DP12.      Fade Resistance DP13.

I will go all out to compile 'Kali', a Rating 6 Paladin Sprite with options: *
Complex Form: Attack
Complex Form: Expert Defense.

* Again spending a point of Edge to re-roll misses on the compile attempt increasing my overall chance of net hits.

As you can see I'm still trying to refine my process and streamline my matrix actions. Much to learn still. Just need to practise.

I understand that I am now a few hours ahead of the group due to registering Alexander so I will not attempt to register Kali just yet.

hhhoookay lets do this.

Physicist wrote:

That section of the book refers to removing your matrix signature not the data trail but sure with 6 complex actions the signature is gone is gone.

You missed the -1 from the Phys damage you still have

Threading roll
Matt carried out 9 launched of one D6 (Image not informed.) :
1 , 6 , 3 , 2 , 4 , 2 , 1 , 6 , 1

Drain resist;
Im not sure how you get to 13 pool with a RES of 6 and a WP of 3 but i will assume it is one of your qualities that effects this (because you haven't listed them on your chr). I will remove the -1 for damage tho.

Matt carried out 12 launched of one D6 (Image not informed.) :
2 , 1 , 6 , 6 , 4 , 1 , 6 , 3 , 2 , 3 , 5 , 4

Ok so you scored two hits for your complex form encryption.

Encryption isn't really detailed that well so we will leave that there as a reference.

Ok so far the plan seems to be either asking them to leave or killing them and Shagrat takes care of the bodies.

Maybe expand on this a little?

I would like to use my 'google-fu' to research the items:

2 x large boxes of InstaCafe5000™ soy cafe filters
3 x 9kg propane tanks
2 x 40ltr cainisters of SuperQuick™ engine cleaner
1 x 205ltr drum of Oilchem™ White Spirit industrial solvent.

What can combining part or all of these items create? What are the most common street gang level saleable consumables?

Also it's an interesting point that the building is stuffed with pressurised gas tanks.

I'm sorry Matt.

I use my IRL google-fu to find out the street gang is making Meth.

Yum!
