All aspects of your character mechanics must be explained with fluff prior to character being approved: For example "Steve has four arms because he is ogre blooded and ogres have four arms." I am not looking for War and Peace when it comes to justifying things, just lay out the why and hows. Skills i am not so concerned with unless there abstract. For instance i don't need to know where you learned Melee weapon (Impact), but if you take engineering or Zen archery, please fill me in on the details.
