Below will be the history of PC's that I have written. Beyond this you can make the history of your character whatever you want, within reason.

PostSubject: Connor   Thu 26 Sep 2013 - 11:40

Born in Scotland in 1802, and immigrated to London in 1822. Upon arrival work was impossible to find, Connor starving and desperate turned to crime, and became a highwayman. He eked out an existence on the outskirts of london, often sleeping in the open, but this of course honed his survival skills. In 1827 he held up a lone traveller on horseback late one night, the stranger refused to give over any money, and the two fought a duel. As Connor lay dying, the stranger whispered that he was impressed with him, and asked Connor if he would like to live forever. Connor readily agreed, and thus was embraced. The stranger was a Gangrel by name of Felix, and Connor spent the next 5 years with felix, staying in his haven, and learning all about what it means to be a kindred, but not just that Felix also trained Connor further in swordplay, and the use of pistols. Felix also introduced Connor to several other vampires, his coterie, and of course to the Prince, as is required of all neonates. Felix disapearred two weeks ago, at first Connor was unconcerned, as it was not uncommon for Felix to disapear for a few days now and then, but as time goes on, Connor becomes more and more concerned.

PostSubject: Michael   Thu 26 Sep 2013 - 11:43

Born in London in 1811 to a whore, and a random client of hers, Michael never knew his father, and grew up in London's slums. In 1826 Michael's mother was killed, beaten to death by a drunken sailor, from that point on Michael swore vengence, and vowed to kill the man who murdered his mother. Unfortunately the sailor left the next day, and did not return to London for several years. In the mean time Michael lived in the slums, stealing what food he could. After three years, in 1829 the metropolitan police force was created, and Michael seeing a way out of the slums immediately enlisted. There he was trained in how to fight with his hands, and a billy club, and also in investigation. Using the street smarts he already had from growing up in the slums, he was placed on a beat there, and over the next year excelled. In 1830 he discovered that his mothers murderer had returned, and hunted him down. One night while on patrol he cornered the man in an alley, as he negotiated with a prostitute. He scared her off, and then proceeded to beat the man to death. Once the bloodlust had abated he realised he was being watched. He turned to see a very beautiful well dressed woman standing behind him. Immediately he was overcome with a desire to please her, and obey her in any way. She told him that his talent was being wasted, that she could see it put to better use, that he could be with her forever. Michael quickly agreed, eager to do anything for her, and thus he was embraced. She was a ventrue by name of katerina, and over the next three years Michael stayed with her, and her other childe, learning about being one of the kindred. Katerina of course also introduced him to her coterie. Katerina disappeared the same night as Felix.

PostSubject: Erik   Thu 26 Sep 2013 - 11:46

Born in 1800 in London to a fairly wealthy merchant. Erik was the youngest of four sons, and as such was often overlooked. Instead erik spent a lot of his childhood with an uncle, a doctor, and actually learned a great deal from him. In 1815 at age fifteen erik was sent off to the army by his father, and barely out of basic training erik was shipped off to the napoleonic wars. Erik was involved in both the Battle of Quatre Bras, and the Battle of Waterloo, where the english were ultimately victorious. After the war ended erik's knowledge of medicine was discovered, and he was sent to a garrison not far from waterloo to study under an army doctor. After studying and working as an army doctor for three years, in 1818 erik returned to London as was honorably discharged from service. Upon returning to London erik discovered that his fathers shop and warehouse had been destroyed in a fire, killing his father and brothers. Erik then went to stay and work with his uncle, further honing his skills as a surgeon. In 1821 Erik married, only to watch her die of a wasting disease a year later. Over the next five years erik dedicated himself to his work, trying to save as many sick people as he could. In 1827 Erik, while attending a soiree hosted by a wealthy man whos son he had saved, met a beautiful woman by name of Katerina. He instantly fell in love, and had an overwhelming desire to do anything for her. Later that night in the gardens, while they were alone she told him that she had need of men such as he, and offered a way for them to be together forever, erik readily agreed, and was embraced then and there. Over the next three years erik stayed with Katerina in her haven, learning what it was to be one of the kindred, until she brought Michael home one night. Erik then began to aid Katerina in teaching Michael. Katerina of course also introduced Erik to her coterie, which with the addition of Michael now numbered seven.

PostSubject: Eoin   Thu 26 Sep 2013 - 12:18

Born in Ireland in 1812, Eoife was always a big lass.  By far the largest and strongest child in her village.  She was therefore put to work doing the heaviest labor, blacksmith, farrier, cartwright, anything that involved heavy lifting.  This of course only served to increase her strength.  By age 12 she was able to perform feats of strength that most grown men were unable to.  In 1827 at age fifteen her mother died, and the only obstacle to her father using eoife to make money at boxing was removed.  Over the next two years Eoife and her father traveled around Ireland, competing in every boxing tourney they could, and at age 17 Eoife was undefeated.  In 1829 a large boxing tourney was being held in London, and Eoife's father seeing a big pay day immediately packed, and the two traveled to London.  Eoife had never had any proper training in boxing, and to this point had relied on her sheer size and strength to win bouts.  But in the first round she came against an army sergeant, who while was a large man, was no where near Eoife's size.  However this sergeant had been boxing, for many years, and trained by some of the best.  He proceded to give Eoife her first beating.  While Eoife had size and strength on her side this sergeant was just too skilled, and knocked Eoife down, again and again and again, all the while Eoife never landed a punch of her own.  After the fight Eoife's father lost his temper, he yelled at, and hit Eoife blaming her for his own lifes failures.  Eoife ran off into the night, stole some whiskey, and staggered around London drunk.  At one point she encountered a large well dressed man, this man seemed to know a great deal about her.  He offered Eoife the chance to never lose again, he did explain what it would cost, but Eoife was too drunk to comprehend, and agreed.  Eoife was then embraced by William of the Daeva.  Over the next three years Eoife stayed with William in his haven, learning to be one of the kindred, and training in how to fight.  Most of his fighting lessons came from a vampire named Felix, a member of William's coterie.  Eoife's father evetually gave up looking for her, and returned to Ireland.  William disappeared the same night as Felix and Katerina.

In the two weeks since Katerina, William and Felix disappeared the four of you have discussed your sires, and your histories with each other, and have come to one conclusion. Your sires were creating soldiers. What for you do not know, but you are confident that is what was meant for you.

PostSubject: Charles   Mon 3 Mar 2014 - 17:42

Charles was born in Leeds in 1812, the fifth son of a very wealthy merchant.  At several times during his life charles' father was considered the wealthiest man in Leeds.  Being the fifth son meant charles was largely ignored by everyone, particuarly his father.  The only man who had any time for the boy was his fencing master, and so of course charles threw himself into fencing, and became quite skilled with a rapier.  By age 14 he was reguarly winning tournaments. At age 17 charles fell in love with an older woman, who was another mans wife, the other man just happened to be his fathers largest rival. Charles not caring began a torrid affair with her, this was not destined to last however, as soon as she became bored with charles several months later, she made sure her husband found out.  The husband enraged, challenged charles to a duel, and on the morning of his 18th birthday, charles fought his first real sword fight. The husband was an excellent fencer in his own right, and quickly impaled charles threw the stomach, mortally wounded charles was left there. Eventually some of his fathers servants came to take him to the hospital, but in all the time he lay there recovering, he saw not one member of his family. The main painkiller the doctors gave charles was laudanum, and charles quickly became addicted to it.  Going out of his way to find it, even after being discharged from hospital. While he was in hospital rumours started circulating that Charles' affair had been a ploy by his father to discredit his rival, this caused several lucrative business deals to go away from Charles' father, in a fit of anger, he disowned charles, charles not actually finding out until he was released from hospital, a servant waiting there for him, solely to tell him not to come home. With no money for the first time in his life charles turned to gambling, and quickly became quite skilled at cheating, and began to win large sums of money, however he always spent more than he won. Nightly spending time with prostitutes, alcohol from when he rose, till he slept, and of course his laudanum addiction. Laudanum also soon became not enough, and he began taking opium, which of course also developed into an addiction. Within a year of his injury he had racked up substantial debts, only to consolidate them with a loan shark, only to then rack up even further debts. By the time he was nineteen he owed vast sums of money to a drug dealer, a pimp, a high rolling gambler, and a loan shark. All four of these men put a price on charles' head, and a bounty hunter came to collect. Finding charles with no money, he took whatever drugs and alcohol he had on him, and beat charles within an inch of his life, and left him to die. It was then that charles was confronted by a gangrel vampire named felix, he had been watching charles, but the bounty hunter had forced his hand. He offered charles a choice, he could live him to die, for charles would surely be dead soon. Or he could heal him, make him strong again, stronger than he had ever been before. Charles of course accepted, and was embraced. Felix then wanted to take his new progeny with him back to london, but charles was not yet ready to leave the town of his birth, felix understood, but could not remain himself, so left charles with another gangrel to begin his training as a vampire. Felix vowed to return in a year, to see if charles was ready to return with him to london. Over the next year felix did visit a few times, but never mentioned charles leaving, it wasnt until July in 1832 that felix came to take charles to London.
