Lastly if you have any questions, I will be here. Marcus will be at Pierre's court, keeping up appearances. You lot stay away from there until we are ready to go.

Bribe some Nosferatu with The Black Death/Plague to create some panic. Target the feeding areas of the Prince, or his consorts, but don't limit it to that area. Ensure it doesn't get out of hand by eliminating rats in the general vicinity with some Gangrel animalism control, or cats.
The offer: Toxify the Thames, increase the smell and precipitate the Great Stink (by 20 years) to make sewers for the Nosferatu; Have Ventrue influence on the planning and put in Nosferatu "condominiums" installed throughout the works. Use the whole system as a secret travelling world with a dry sub-sewer network, known as Down Below that will be a cheap feeding ground on tramps.

Plant some red herrings, elaborate enough to waste Alice's time. But don't flood her with them, that will arouse a greater suspicion. Rumours of past undefeated foes sniffing about the edges. Use legitimate threats from other forces, like Sonny, that will have Alice looking in the other direction.
Assassinate one or two of Alice's mundane espionage ghouls, be they in The Home Office or military influence, to weaken her mortal world dealings. An inconvenient removal of her mortal world eyes and ears will mean she'll have to spend time finding a new candidate or two... or 4.

Not a bad plan, but you have two days. You may be able to get this started in two days, but it will take a lot longer than that to reach fruition.

Not a bad idea. But Alice is a primogen, they have very specific feeding grounds, and guard the jealously. Starting the fire may be harder than you think.

How about we hire someone to start the fire (as you suggested) but using Romney's contacts, put a rumour out there to Alice that the fire has been/is going to be started by someone Alice is looking for? Then hopefully she will "gad about" looking for whoever it is and hence she will be distracted. I REALLY REALLY want to start a fire !

also dont forget baxter and mieke need to be dealt with as well? just a note, you would all be well aware that baxter was the seneschal for the previous prince as well, and that he made a deal with the new prince to keep his position. This is common knowledge amongst vampires, and as for mieke, well romney I am surprised that you were not jumping for the chance to do your honeypot.

Who are Alice's ghouls and what do they do? How long have they been her ghoul? Has she boasted about any of them? Which one has a high value but could be replaced if they were deaded? Which are worth a lot, and would be difficult to replace, to be hidden away, and fake killed?

Who is her preferred blood doll?

Is there a particular werewolf she would hate the most? Does that lycan have a calling card? Where would that werewolf likely hide so we may leave red herring clues.

Do any Nosferatu have The Black Plague? If someone is drained nearly near death, and infected they will fall ill fast. Within a day there will be panic in London, giving a lot of background noise that Alice would have to filter through; keeping her on track of the false trail after her ghoul killing werewolf.

Can I get some IC solid info on Baxter and Mieke, would prefer spoon feeding instead of some information hunting Razz

Baxter has a lot of property to acquire, subterranean estates. Security under parliament is tight since Guy Fawkes went all kaboomy attempting. But if we cultivate a horrid smell we'll precipitate the sewers by 26 years.
