Session Eleven
Date: Saturday the 7th of March
Time: 6:00
Place: Mine



Great session all. Was really good to finally play again. You got your revenge on Bartram, and are now close to your final encounter with sonny. There is another goal here I want you guys to strive for, and that is to take over the city. I will not be forcing this on you, it will be up to you to tell me how your going to go about it. Two sessions should be more than enough time to get it done though.
Lastly if you cannot make the next session I am sorry but it will go ahead without you. I do hope you all can make it though.

Charles will use all his underworld contacts to bribe any sort of city officials and any humans in any sort of power :eg law and political --through any means possible. That way he will control all human authority while still staying mostly hidden from the majority of humans but controlling things from the background/sidelines

So Charles controls the majority of the human populace through various underworld projects eg biker gangs and any other sort of gangs and they will kill any people who "consort" with the ruling vampires, hence hopefully diminish the ruling vampires feeding grounds and making them weak.

Sorry guys one thing I forgot to mention in the op. There week be a week between sessions. This will completely heal even the most wounded of you. So of there is anything you want to do in that week. Just let me know.

After acquiring a few useful assets in town I will have word dropped that someone wishes to meet with Samuel. It may be necessary to use someone else as an agent in this matter to remain hidden. 
Samuel has a blended coterie that is a possible player for the Principality of Melb'n.

A simple greet and evaluation can be done with the Carth coterie in Melb'n. The gravity of the impending coup d'etat and positioning of Sunny to replace Phillip with a puppet is a chance to prevent another of Sunny's moves but kill him, slice him in half, set him in carbonite and make him into a fucking fridge. Then use said fridge in Las Vegas.
The carthaginians in Melb'n have no member worthy or capable of being Prince. As Horatio is essentially the Prince of Gambling/Casinos he is reluctant to give up his roaming lifestyle to manage a small-medium city. If another carthaginian wishes to rule Melb'n let them be known.
The best, most amenable Rhythm and Blues/Rock group can be acquired for night 3. 
Every high roller living in Melbourne will be on Crowns books.
Any of my agents or members of the carthaginian coterie should already know the domiciles of the influential of Melb'n and Victoria. 

Night 2 will be set aside for peeling the skin off some unfortunate problems, like disinformation, trust issues, and the need to rattle the feeding grounds of The Family and the Malkavians. 
Imalia needs a slight rattling. Nothing too severe, enough for her to think something is afoot by Sunnys faction. This could come from poisoning a few of her preferred meals with Nannas frozen berries.
The NO2-Feratu are misinforming various factions, they could be inciting the continual feud between the Malks and Brujah keeping them from focusing their efforts. Their infrastructure and ambitions are as always Nosferuity. Digging out their mastermind could be a beneficial move, or it could be a trap, their leader already supplanted by a more sinister agent.

Prince Phillip, Mustang Sally, and the harpy Imalia will be innocuously invited for a meal and entertainment on night three. The music will be to sedate Sally, as to her namesake. A typical dance of compliments and flirting with Imalia.
Phillip took power in 1953, and has kept Melb'n stable and frankly boring. Whatever machinations Phillip has had have been very quiet. How old is Phillip, is he aware of Sunny. 
Phillip has a small alliance with The VII which means there is a contact we can possibly involve to shed some light on Sunny. 
My operations haven't (apparently) been disturbed by Phillip or his court, and as of yet I am unaware of upsetting Phillip in anyway. 

Is Samuel a puppet of Sunny? Is Phillip a puppet of Sunny? Are neither the puppet/s of Sunny? 

Night 4: To be continued. As others throw their plans in, assist or contrive other angles from what has been laid out. Either dealing with the NO2Feratu dilemma or another emergent issue.

Prince: Phillip, Ventrue. Snooty secretive. Prince since 1953. 
Sheriff: Mustang Sally, Daeva. Slightly dim, but brutal.
Seneschal: Baxter. From London. No particular leanings.
Harpy: Imalia, Daeva. Vain and cunning.

Led by a man called Samuel, he does not possess the power to take the court. Should other powers influence him, or back him he may be able to take power.

The Malks
An influential coterie, fighting with the Brujah for no good reason, which has been kept alive by slight influences from Phillip. Should they stop fighting and pick a side in a fight they could sway a battle for the Princedom. 

The NO2-Furatu (The Nos)
A clandestine group of Nosferatu vampires that trade in information and shady deals that has a Vizier doctoring information.
