| I would like to get session four underway as soon as possible. However for the next few weeks I am going to be very busy, including engagement drinks ill be letting everyone know about later. So the saturdays of the 19th and 26th are out for me, so unless we wait till the second of next month, OR, we do a saturday/sunday afternoon, or a friday night. Please let me know what your availability is guys. | |

| ok guys, now that things have returned to normal for me, i propose we get this game back on track. I propose 2 dates, either this saturday the 2nd, or next saturday the 9th. who is available when?
Also, can you guys please put a little info about your characters in the characters forum, it doesnt have to be much, just a brief history will suffice.

| sorry Ryan but i am going to pull out of this game, the rule system has really turned me off it.
All the overlapping and non nonsensical skills and the difficulty in getting bionics and such... blegh.!!

| Thats fair enough matty, dont blame ya.
Although with only two players left, I dont much see the point in continuing, think ill start looking at something else to run.

| I enjoyed some of it mate, not as much as your vampire game a few years back but there was so good stuff in there.
I just think the system was a really major fun bottle neck IMHO.
If you want to try ME again maybe look at alternatives like savage worlds for a rule lite system or gurps for something with more crunch.

| Cheers Matty. And I am forced to agree with you, on reading through the rules initially they didnt seem too bad, but as we started playing, more and more issues/holes started appearing. I think I am going to abandon ME, I am having a look through your RP idea storage thread, and the players choice thread, and using them to help me work out what i would like to do next, too many ideas floating around in my head, want to make sure i pick a good one, too many times in the past have i thought of an idea id like to run, then not found it as interesting as i thought it would be | |

| LOL
its coming down to a choice between that, and running something else, how would you feel about me trying to run a breaking 4th wall game idea you ventured? In my mind i see it running like the OOTS comic.

| Honestly I would prefer to just play SR4 and keep my other weekend free for either a return to Dean's 4th ed game or social events at this point. | |
